ATVC -2020

ATVC Season 3 was held from February 15th to 19th 2020 in Vadodara, Gujarat where 87 prominent colleges across the country participated. This event had more than 2000 engineering students, from different streams of engineering course, participating to showcase their technical and design skills. They were put through a series of 22 tests which included maneuverability test, endurance, acceleration and brake test, innovation test and cost evaluation.

Events held in ATVC season 3

ATVC

It was a 5 day event in which 87 teams participated with around 3000 participants and around 2000 visitors each day including students from nearby schools and colleges.

HR Summit

Day 2 and 3 also saw the conduction of HR summit in which eminent HR personalities from various industries participated. This was done in collaboration with FGI and VCCI. There were around 1000 participants which included corporates, MSMEs, and students. The guest of Honor for HR summit was Mr Sudhir Kumar – Executive Director IOCL.

Indian Genius Talk

Internationally known Genius Mr. Hemang Vellore ,who is youngest CEO at 11 years ,was invited to motivate the young students. The talk given by him encouraged the students identify and develop their intra and inter personal skills.

Job Fair

A Mega Job fair was also conducted on 18th February 2020 at ATVC event ground, where more than 50 companies visited. Students got connected with companies’ HR and recruitment teams and got an opportunity to be interviewed by the companies. Almost 2500 students benefitted at the fair as they were offered jobs.

Closing Ceremony

The culminating day saw the closing ceremony which was conducted in the presence of dignitaries, sponsors, students and visitors. The chief guest at the occasion was Ms.Shalini Agarwal (Collector, Vadodara) who gave the awards to the winning teams. sThe event created a sense of empowerment and confidence in the mind of young students and motivated them to take their ideas ahead for the betterment of engineering in India. There was an all girls team too which was awarded a special award for their feat.
